The Employer Sponsored Superannuation Plan offers employers a simple
way to access superannuation investments with value and choice to
best satisfy the needs of their employees.

Employers can tailor the Plan Design to suit the particular needs
of their employees. Superannuation benefits can be designed with
variations in:

With Freedom of Choice, employers provide superannuation for their
employees through a single account, without all the paperwork and
hassle of running a superannuation fund in-house.
An average contribution level of $1,500 per annum per employee is required to commence the plan.
The Plan also provides a Death or Death & Total and Permanent
disablement insurance option. Salary continuance cover can also be arranged within the Freedom of Choice account.
